In order to be able to identify the client by means of online identification, there should be a transfer from the client's account in FATF country. The transfer should meet the criteria stated in margin no. 33 of the FINMA Circular 2016/7. If the client has no account in such countries, it does not automatically mean that the client cannot be onboarded. It means that it cannot be done by means of online identification. In this case, the client can undergo traditional identification face-to-face or by correspondence way, as well as video-identification.

Yes, you need to have the amount of AUMENT Coin in order to request the facilitation service, in the range of 75% LTV ( Loan To Value Ratio )
AUMENT Coin holders can request the loan from any bank. AUMENT AG reserves the right to approve or deny any application.

Through this function on the dashboard, you can view your recent and archived messages . You may organize, change, or delete your messages. You can use this feature for sending messages or documents to AUMENT team or for any queries you may have . AUMENT team will regularly keep you informed via messages in Inbox about all updates on the platform and new services.

  • New users must select ‘Register’ to access the New User Registration page.
  • Basic password principles are applied. Add your full name, phone number, email, and preferred password. For security purposes the system will ask you to retype the password.
